a discussion was held between the two institutions to coordinate and collaborate on landholding certification and registration activities in the selected kebeles. The aim was to carry out effective work through cooperation. Issues that would help foster common understanding and accelerate the construction of a legal cadastre were also raised.
Based on the discussion, the Land Development and Administration Bureau agreed to undertake landholding certification work in selected kebeles and neighborhoods. For landholdings without established rights, legal rights will be created, and document reconciliation will also be carried out.
It was also confirmed that the preparatory work for certification and registration, to be implemented jointly by the two institutions, has been completed. Consequently, the process of landholding certification and registration will begin in the designated kebeles and neighborhoods.
