Experts have described the 9th floor of the Addis Ababa City Administration Land Administration and Information Agency Central Office as comfortable for both employees and service users.
Mr. Zelalem Zerga, a registration expert, stated that the office not only enables professionals and service users to receive convenient services, but the presence of books and plants also creates a positive and pleasant environment for employees. He added that this office improvement would have a positive effect if extended to other remaining sections.
GIS expert W/ro Znash Terefe also said, “The office’s comfort allows us to feel at home, and because we spend long hours working here, it makes us enjoy our work.” In addition, she mentioned that having a space for tea and coffee breaks is very beneficial to ensure employees have a comfortable working environment.
The agency also expressed gratitude to the experts, leaders, and committee members who contributed significantly to the improvement of the office.
