Preconditions Required from the Applicant

1. Filling out the service request form (application form).
2. Providing one of the following identification documents: updated kebele ID, passport, driver’s license, or tax identification card.
3. If representing someone else, submitting a power of attorney document and an ID card verifying the agent’s identity.
4. Completing the service fee payment.
5. The time required to provide the information is 1 hour and 45 minutes.
