Preconditions for a Service Request
- Filling out the Service Request Form: Necessary information must be provided.
- A valid identification document: This includes a passport, driver's license, or tax identification.
- Submission of a power of attorney document if applicable: This must clearly indicate the representation.
- Original and photocopy of the agency agreement: This document must be presented.
- Submission of legal documents for updating information: These documents should relate to the relevant authority.
- Two passport-sized photos (3x4 cm): If there are multiple applicants, all must be included.
- Payment for the service: The appropriate fees must be paid.
- Time to resolve the complaint: The resolution time frame is 2 days.
