Residence Verification / New Registration Service Requirements

  • Completion of the Service Request Form (Application Form).
  • Valid Identification:
    • A valid identification card, passport, residence permit, or a tax identification certificate.
  • Power of Attorney (if applicable):
    • If someone is representing the individual, a power of attorney document and the representative’s ID must be submitted.
  • Residence Verification Outcome:
    • A residence verification certificate issued by the residence administration.
  • Lease Agreement (if applicable):
    • If the individual is renting, the relevant lease agreement and supporting documentation must be provided.
  • Supporting Documents:
    • Two passport-sized photographs (3x4 cm) for each individual listed on the residence certificate.
  • Payment of Service Fee:
    • The applicable fee for the service must be paid.
  • Processing Time:
    • The processing time to resolve a complaint or issue is approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.
