Prerequisite conditions for the service requester:

• Completion of the service request form (application).
• Submission of a valid ID (such as a national ID, passport, driver's license, or tax payment certificate).
• If acting as a representative, submission of a power of attorney and an identification certificate.
• Submission of a copy of the residence certificate.
• Payment of the service fee.
• Time required to resolve the complaint: 1 hour.
