Preconditions for the Service:

• Filling out the service request form (application).
• Submission of a valid identification card (ID), passport, residence permit, or tax identification number.
• If acting as an agent, submission of an authorization document and proof of identity.
• Submission of the original and a copy of the certificate issued by the agency.
• If it concerns a lease, submission of a lease agreement.
• Submission of a plan or related documents as required by the relevant authority.
• Payment of the service fee.
• The time frame for resolving the request is 1 hour.
