Complaint and Appeal Receipt and Resolution Service
Preconditions Required for Submission of Complaint or Appeal:
- Completion of Complaint Request Form (Application Form)
- Valid Identification Documents such as National ID, Passport, Driver’s License, or Taxpayer Identification.
- If applicable, provide Power of Attorney and supporting documents to verify the representative's authority.
- Copy of Ownership Verification Certificate or other proof of ownership.
- Latest official documents issued by local authorities.
- The time for resolving the complaint is within 40 hours / 5 days.
