  • Completion of Complaint Request Form (Application Form)
  • Valid Identification Documents such as National ID, Passport, Driver’s License, or Taxpayer Identification.
  • If applicable, provide Power of Attorney and supporting documents to verify the representative's authority.
  • Copy of Ownership Verification Certificate or other proof of ownership.
  • Latest official documents issued by local authorities.
  • The time for resolving the complaint is within 40 hours / 5 days.
