• Submission of a valid ID document such as a national ID card, passport, or business license, or tax identification certificate.
• If acting as an agent, submission of a power of attorney and an identity document that proves authority.
• Payment of the service fee.
• The time required for processing the service request is 1 hour and 45 minutes.
