Prerequisites for Service Request:

  • Fill out the service application form (application form).
  • Submit the necessary identification documents: National ID, passport, driver's license, or tax payment certificate.
  • If you are acting on behalf of someone, submit a power of attorney and identification documents.
  • Provide an original and a copy of the certificate issued by the relevant agency.
  • Submit two passport-sized photos (3x4 cm). If there are multiple property owners, provide photos of all owners.
  • Payment of the service fee.
  • The time to process the request for resolution: 2 hours.
