Preconditions Required from the Applicant

  1. Filling out the complaint submission form (application form).
  2. Providing one of the following identification documents: updated kebele ID, passport, driver’s license, or tax identification card.
  3. If representing someone else, submitting a power of attorney document and an ID card verifying the agent’s identity.
  4. Submitting a copy of the ownership verification certificate.
  5. Providing the final written evidence issued by the respective department.
  6.  The time required to resolve the complaint is 1 day.
