Requirements for Residence Verification Service

• Completion of the Service Request Form (Application Form).
• Valid Identification:
  • A government-issued identification card.
  • Passport, residence permit, or a tax identification certificate.
• Power of Attorney (if applicable):
  • If an agent is acting on behalf of the individual, a power of attorney document and a valid ID of the agent must be submitted.
• Residence Card:
  • A valid residence card issued by the residence administration.
• Lease Documents (if applicable):
  • If the individual is renting, proof of lease and payment receipts should be provided.
• Processing Time:
  • The time required to process and resolve the request is up to 3 months.
