Providing Subscription Information Service

Preconditions Required from the Applicant for the Service:

1. Complete the Service Request Form (Application Form).
2. Submit a valid identification document, such as a kebele ID, passport, driver’s license, or tax identification card.
3. If representing someone else, submit a power of attorney along with a valid ID card that verifies the agent's identity.
4. Submit a copy of the service payment receipt.
5. Make the service fee payment.
6. The time required to resolve the complaint is 1 hour and 15 minutes.
